Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited and ExxonMobil Affiliates in Thailand donated 300 pieces of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute (BIDI) for use by medical professionals battling COVID-19.
Dr. Taweesak Bunluesin (2nd from right), Director, accompanied by Khun Jutarat Wareechuensuk, (1st from right), Investor Relations and Planning Manager of Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Khun Yupa Wongvitaya (1st from left), Global Learning Delivery Services Manager, ExxonMobil Limited, presented the PPE to Dr. Krisada Hanbunjerd (2nd from left), Deputy Director of BIDI, to support medical crews working with COVID-19 patients.
“Bamrasnaradura Infectious Diseases Institute (BIDI) in Bangkok is a key hospital in Thailand working to heal patients impacted by the pandemic,” said Dr. Taweesak.
“The medical staff there are working long hours and need our support as they labor to heal the sick. Providing this important PPE will help keep them safe as they provide care. Our company puts the highest value on safety, so medical staff working safely is critical – especially during this time.”
